Creator campaigns
Creator discovery, selection and campaign coordination.
We find the right creators for the right brand, then manage the campaign from first contact to final post.
Scroll to discoverEvery campaign starts with a call. FERON is the line between brands and creators.
Introducing the right brand to the right creator, directly and with care.
Briefs, negotiation and creative direction that stay clear, human and on track.
Talk turns into content, content goes live, and results get reported.
Every campaign ends up as something on a screen. We care how it looks, sounds and feels before it goes live.
From the first frame to the final post, the work is built for people who are scrolling, and for the brand behind it.
Start a campaign ↗The internet gave everyone attention. It didn't make that attention meaningful.
Brands don't simply need more reach. They need the right person, the right audience and the right story.
The creators people trust already have communities built around shared interests. FERON connects brands with those relationships.
Understand the brand, objective, audience, budget, deliverables and campaign requirements.
Discover creators whose audience, style and voice align with the campaign.
Handle communication, negotiation, creative direction, deliverables and campaign coordination.
Content goes live. Performance is tracked. Results are reported.
Creator discovery, selection and campaign coordination.
Finding creators by audience, niche, content and campaign goals. We look at fit, not just follower count.
Turning campaign ideas into content people actually want to watch.
Briefing, communication, negotiations, timelines, deliverables and publishing.
Creator-led campaigns built around the brand's actual objective.
Campaign tracking, content delivery and performance reporting.
FERON exists between the brief and the post. Between the brand and the creator. Between an idea and the people who will see it. We're a new agency in Pune, and we build those connections carefully, one campaign at a time.
Yes. We're starting out, so we won't show client logos or results we don't have. Case studies will be added as real campaigns finish.
We look at who their audience is, what they make, how their voice fits the brand and how they work with brands. Follower count is one input, not the decision.
It depends on the brief, the creators and the deliverables. Tell us your budget range in the form and we'll shape a plan around it.
Email us at feronmediaagency@gmail.com with your profile links and what you make. We'll reach out when a campaign fits.
Brands in India that want creator-led campaigns, from first brief to final report.
In short. This page explains the rules for using the FERON website and the basic terms for working with us. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A campaign starts only when we both agree the scope, fees and content rights in writing.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the website operated by FERON Media Agency (“FERON”, “we”, “us”), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Where a campaign is contracted through a different legal entity, that entity will be identified in the written campaign agreement. By using the site or sending us an enquiry you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to send us an enquiry.
You may browse the site and contact us through it. You agree not to:
We may block access or ignore enquiries that break these rules.
FERON is a creator marketing agency. We help brands find suitable creators and manage creator campaigns from brief to published content, and we connect creators with brand campaigns. The website describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer, and nothing on it promises a particular price, creator, timeline or result.
FERON is a new agency. We will not show client logos or results we do not have.
An enquiry, a call, or an email discussion does not oblige either side. We work together on a campaign only after we both accept a written proposal or agreement that sets out, at least:
We insist on this in writing because under Indian copyright law a transfer or licence of copyright must be in a signed written document, and if that document leaves out the period or territory, the law fills the gap with five years and India only. Written terms protect brands and creators equally.
Brands agree to give accurate briefs and product information, to respond to drafts on time, and to pay as agreed. Creators agree to give accurate profile and audience information, to produce original content, to meet agreed deadlines, and not to use bought followers, fake engagement or automated activity to inflate their numbers. FERON may decline or end a collaboration where these are not met.
All campaigns we run must follow Indian advertising law and codes, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022, and the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media. In practice:
Brands and creators remain responsible for their own compliance with the law. These rules do not make FERON the publisher or endorser of a creator’s content.
Fees and payment dates are set in the written proposal or agreement. Unless it says otherwise, amounts are exclusive of GST and other taxes, which are added where they apply. Each side is responsible for its own taxes. Payers may deduct tax at source (TDS) as the Indian income-tax law requires, and creators and vendors must give the tax details (such as PAN and GST registration where applicable) that we need to pay them correctly. Late payment, refunds and cancellation charges follow the written agreement.
The website. The FERON name, wordmark, design, text, graphics and code on this site belong to FERON or its licensors. You may view the site and share its link, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.
Campaign content. Unless a signed written agreement says otherwise, creators keep ownership of the content they create, and brands receive only the permission to use it that the agreement describes (for example, a period, territory and media). Creators’ moral rights, such as the right to be credited and to object to distortion of their work, are not affected by these terms.
What you send us. You promise that the information and material you send us is yours to share and does not infringe anyone’s rights. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to carry out the work you ask for.
We treat non-public information that brands and creators share with us, such as launch plans, pricing and strategy, as confidential and use it only for the campaign. We will sign a separate non-disclosure agreement if you ask. Information that is public, already known to us, or that we must disclose by law is not covered.
The website is provided “as is” for general information. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is always up to date or free of errors or interruptions. We cannot guarantee campaign results such as reach, views, engagement or sales, because they depend on creators, audiences, platforms and the product itself. Links to other sites, including Instagram, are for convenience, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or the content creators publish on their own accounts.
To the extent Indian law allows, FERON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. For paid campaigns, our liability is limited as stated in the written agreement for that campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms as our services and the law change. We will post the new version here with a new date. Changes apply from the date posted and do not change a signed campaign agreement without your written consent. We may suspend or end access to the website at any time if it is needed for security, legal or maintenance reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to settle it in good faith by discussion for at least 30 days after one side gives written notice. If it is not settled, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement (or, failing agreement, as the Act provides). The seat and venue of arbitration will be Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the language will be English. Subject to that, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction. A written campaign agreement may set its own dispute clause, and that clause then applies to that campaign.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement for use of the website. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. Neither side is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may give you notices by email at the address you provided.
